EMMY AWARDS 2020: The Emmy awards has been honored the best in U.S prime time television from June 1,2019 until may 31,2020. But due to covid-19 pandemic it was instead held at the staples center, winners gave their speeches virtually from home.
This ceremony was held on September 20,2020 and broadcasted in U.S by ABC .It was presented by academy of television arts and sciences hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
In Emmy 2020 Awards most awards have been won by Schitt’s Creek. Schitt’s Creek won 9 emmy awards this is the first time in Emmy awards history in a single season and viewership was 6.1 million and more. And here are list of members who have been awarded The EMMY AWARDS 2020.

And a lot more awards had been held for different titles. On june17,2020, it was declared that the number of nominees in the Outstanding comedy and Drama series had been increased to eight, with the nominees in the other remaining categories would rely on the number of submission in each category.
The host Jimmy Kimmel presented the ceremony from nearby staple Centre, but there would otherwise be noon person festivities at the venue.(Such as red carpet or audience) celebrity guests still made appearance on-stage, including Jennifer Aniston and Anthony Anderson.
To maintain a high quality presentation, the use of video-conferencing was avoided, with producers sending “professional ”cameras to each nominee’s location, as well as an open art or if they choose. A number of comedy gaga were held keeping in mind the pandemic and the format of the ceremony.
